Shipping Policy

We aim to make sure your order gets to you safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping details below:

UK Orders

• All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard.

• Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

• You can choose to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Express) at checkout for faster delivery (usually 1–2 working days after dispatch).

International Orders

• All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

• Delivery times vary depending on destination, but typically take 7–14 working days after dispatch.

• Please note: customs delays may affect delivery times, and any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Dispatch Times

• As all items are personalised and made to order, please allow 3–5 working days before dispatch.

Delivery Issues

• If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with Royal Mail.

• Refunds or replacements for lost parcels will only be processed once the courier has confirmed the parcel as lost.
