Our story

Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.

I became a mum in 2019 when we welcomed our beautiful daughter into the world. Like so many new parents, I was overwhelmed with love—but I also struggled deeply with mum guilt and feeling very low after she was born. Just five months later, I returned to work, and soon after, the world went into lockdown.
